Villages, school transport, and claims the absurd bureaucracy

Imagine for a moment that you live in a small town of Mountain-I know that many will not cost you too much. Over the years, have suffered a continuous and unstoppable drip of young migrants to the head of district, to the capital or elsewhere in search of an opportunity. Children return to run around the streets, their laughter is heard again and hope is reborn with them ....
But bureaucracy reappears on the scene. Children grow in the absence of school in the village have to move to another place to study. Obviously, parents who always want the best for their children, prefer to go to school closer and that the changes made are minimal. So, ask the Provincial Directorate of Education to facilitate their transport ... and, oh! surprise, not just in transportation.
This, more or less, especially The last part is what has happened to the residents of Becerril del Carpio, a small village of Alar del Rey, also close Aguilar de Campo (Palencia). Why does not ease the provincial transportation to Aguilar, where they want their children learning in primary, secondary and high schools? Simply because they belong to the City Council, the Alar, wants the children to study Primary there secondary Pisuerga Herrera Aguilar de Campo High School ....
Not totally and absolutely absurd?? Should not these cases priority interest in the child's education and their comfort? It appears, according to what have newspapers ( Palentino Journal, Norte de Castilla ) and complaints of the neighborhood of Becerril del Carpio, that reason and understanding, in this case were completely cloudy ...
Hopefully someone understand, sooner or later, it is fair to meet the demands of parents, no trace why bureaucratic boundaries between peoples of less than 1000 inhabitants, which is already difficult enough "rural life" and the status of "eternal new residents." To paraphrase a popular television program, "the just nonsense."
