Each season, each month has its charm in the mountains of Palencia. Fall is magical for many reasons, the ocher, the smell of wet earth and, above all, by the sounds. There is an unmistakable, harsh and frightening, that of the rut.
I confess I have not been able to live close, but I have felt. In large part, thanks to my friend, well-known and widely cited in this blog, Ricardo Fernández. He wanted to share with me and with you all these pictures, taken last week at Resoba, Glaziers, Triollo and Camporredondo de Alba, in the heart of the mountains of Palencia.
I think the pictures speak for themselves, but as the true charm of the rut is the sound, I also leave a video recorded by Ricardo last year, which Enjoy it! ;-)
Note: I'm still recovering from jet lag return Costa Rica, but as soon as possible will download the photos to show you our way through this amazing country, full of life. Ah! and this weekend, little by little, I will be putting up with your ciberrincones. I've missed muuuuuuuucho less! ;-)
